In a world obsessed with job titles and business cards, I choose to define myself by my dedication to others, the strength of my relationships, and the wonderfully weird, winding path that is my own.

In multiple fields, I have developed a problem-solving mindset. I can analyze complex situations, break them down into tasks, identify potential issues, and develop strategic solutions.
I love connecting with people! I want to get to know my clients and team so that we can understand the unique needs of each client and build trust.
As an educator, I can identify issues within a product or program and use data to come up with a creative solution. I can create a supportive learning environment and help clients make informed decisions.
A: I would say I am a Collaborator within a team. I think it's important to always remember that everyone on your team naturally has a different viewpoint because of their background knowledge and that is something to draw from and listen to. I enjoy staying focused on goals but being more imaginative about how we achieve those goals. This was a major component of teaching with a team of teachers, each with different experiences and teaching styles. It becomes an opportunity to be creative and try new ways of doing things!
A: When I was a web developer, there was an increasing need for more developers on a project I was not initially a part of. However, as a very new developer, this project was by far the most advanced project I'd ever seen or been a part of. It was an enormous challenge to become familiar with the code and contribute to it. However, I took it one step at a time, was patient with myself, and took advantage of the opportunity to teach myself new skills through researching various online sources.
A: Every day is a chance to help my team, and that excites me most. I love working with people and taking on a problem head-on through meticulous planning and collaboration. This is what motivated me to earn my Product Owner certification with Scrum! I wanted to be able to help my team to the best of my ability by understanding how best to plan for products and optimize resources.
